Ingredients:
For stuffing:
- 2 cups of chopped spinach
- 1/2 cup of paneer
- 1/2 tsp of roasted and ground cumin seeds
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- 1/2 tsp of chopped chillies
- 1/2 tsp of red chili power( optional as per spice preference)
- 1 tsp of coriander power
- Salt as per taste
- A spoon of ginger garlic paste
For dough:
- 2 cups of wheat flour
- Water
Method:
- Heat 2 tsp of oil in a pan,add ginger garlic paste and to that add spinach and saute till the water is absorbed.
- Mix paneer, spinach,salt and masalas. Mix it well.
- Take wheat flour and knead it by adding little water every time till it becomes a soft dough.
- Take a small ball size of dough and with the help of rolling pin roll it in a small circle.
- Now place the stuffing mixture in the centre and fold the edges of the dough over the stuffing and pack it.
- Flatten the dough and roll again into the circle shape.
- Cook on a tava using butter and cook till brown spots appear on both the sides.
Serving:
- Serve it with any chutney, raita, ghee.
