Ingredients:
- 1 bowl of cooked basmati rice
- 1/2 bowl of cooked sweet corn
- 1 bowl of spinach( puree )
- 1 tsp ginger paste
- A small piece of cinnamon
- Salt to taste
- 3 tsp of oil
- Pepper powder as per taste
- 1 tsp cumin seed
Method:
- Take a pan on a medium heat, add oil, cinnamon, cumin seeds, ginger paste, spinach and fry until spinach is cooked.
- Add sweet corn and salt and mix it well.
- Then add rice, mix it well.
- You can garnish it with chopped coriander and lemon as per preference and top it up with pepper powder.
