Corn Palak Rice

Ingredients:



  • 1 bowl of cooked basmati rice
  • 1/2 bowl of cooked sweet corn
  • 1 bowl of spinach( puree )
  • 1 tsp ginger paste
  • A small piece of cinnamon
  • Salt to taste
  • 3 tsp of oil
  • Pepper powder as per taste
  • 1 tsp cumin seed





Method:


  •  Take a pan on a medium heat, add oil, cinnamon, cumin seeds, ginger paste, spinach and fry until spinach is cooked.
  •  Add sweet corn and salt and mix it well.
  •  Then add rice, mix it well.
  •  You can garnish it with chopped coriander and lemon as per preference and top it up with pepper powder.
